Great episode! Interesting to know about the apps that expand iPod functionality. I see that more and more tunes are available as "plus" format on iTunes (no DRM). I think some artists are seeing downloads more as promotional and less as revenue streams these days.

Re. the Delta Wi-Fi, supposedly you won't be allowed to use VoIP applications, so that's at least one class of application that will be restricted. Hopefully they will implement some good traffic shaping techniques. Otherwise, it will definitely be abused, and as a result, give other users on the flight a poor experience.
